Dispatch and returns policy.

Shipping

Once the purchase is made, including the shipping costs and the dispatch address, the selected product (s) will be sent.

The dispatch of the order is carried out depending on the date requested in the purchase form in the Metropolitan Region and from 3 to 8 business days to regions. In the case of extreme regions, the term will be up to 12 business days.

Dispatches are made from Monday to Saturday.

The delivery will be made to a person over 18 years of age.

In case of not finding someone of legal age at home, two more delivery attempts will be made on consecutive days with written notification.

It will be the responsibility of the client to correctly deliver the data for the dispatch of the purchased products. Address changes will only be allowed to correct typing or reference errors incurred when completing the purchase form.

You must not receive or accept any product that does not correspond to the one you bought, and you must ask the person who dispatches that the product be returned to www.giftsantiago.cl .

CHANGES

In the case of those customers who have received the product and subsequently realized that it did not correspond to the product of the purchase, they should contact the email giftsantiago10@gmail.com indicating in the subject the purchase order number, name, withdrawal address and contact telephone number, to request that the product be removed and at the same time the corresponding one is delivered.
